This book is an awesome read if you are interested in healthy eating and working out. There is so much detail in this book, including easy recipes, meal plans, workout plans. It also provides reasons why eating certain types of foods are good/bad for you and what they specifically do to your body. Totally recommend buying!

So far, I'm loving this book. There were a lot of things I didn't know, and some things I did, but it's complete, concise, and well laid-out. The only question I have that I can't seem to find an answer for is regarding the workout portion. If anyone can shed some light on this for me, I'd be very grateful.Jackie says to complete an entire routine three times a week. At first, I thought she meant a circuit in one of the routines because doing three sets of 15-30 reps of each exercise in one circuit would equal out to about 30 mins. Then, I thought, maybe each the reps are broken down into sets, so 5/10 reps per set, and then repeat the entire routine twice more. I read and re-read, and can't figure out what she means, though. Any ideas?

I love this book because Jackie writes as if she's right there beside you, guiding you through each step. It's easy to understand, and the plan she lays out is straightforward. I highly recommend this book for anyone struggling with their weight!
