I learned a lot from this manual. I appritiate learning allot about board construction and what kinds of material to look out for. Im down in Panama and although there are alot of surfers there arnt alot of body boarders. Therefore the presentation of ther manual with generaly excllent photos and discription undoughtably has helped tremendiosly. The manual is definatly geared towards the UK/Europe market. Anyway probably deserves five stars but held back because there are no other manuals to compare. So if you want to know about learning to Body board this is it. Ill give it two thumbs up!

Good photos, but the content is not what I expected in terms of volume for the price. It is also a bit messy. Tries to be cool but a book is a book and there should be a clear structure.

Got this book for my younger bro who is a mad keen bodybder. He absloutly loves it...keeps it in his school bag all the time in fact!! Its only a thin book but somehow packs in a ton of good stuff. There dont seem to be any other bodybd books around so this is a good buy for kids who are into it. Great photos.
