This review is from: Thresholds of Motivation: Nurturing Human Growth in the Organization (Hardcover)
As the former H.M.F.W.I.C. at the TAJ Group of Hotels in India, Mr. Mahesh has gained useful insights for his practical theories on "nurturing human growth." He combines the weighty issues with light and practical "how to" insights on things like removing the odor of pipe tobacco from your dhoti, and finishing 18 holes of golf in the rain while knocking back a bottle of fine scotch all the while. All in all, an excellent read. Can't wait for the sequel.
