Beautiful food photography, great recipes and motivating content. However, the book is riddled with typos like all of Brendan Brazier's books. For example, edamame hummus (pg 69) calls for 5 tsp salt - one tsp is more than enough! The Black Bean Chipotle Quesadilla (pg 96) forgets to mention the black beans entirely.

I would hate for new readers to give up trying plant-based eating because the recipes are incomplete. Brendan, please get a better editor for your next book (I will happily do it)!
