I don't know how much credibility I have in this genre, as I mainly listen to rock, punk and emo bands. But I literally just came home from a Melissa McClelland show at Sheridan College (where I purchased her album, and which I'm currently listening to) and I pretty much fell in love with this woman. Aside from her stunning beauty, that same beauty is translated through vocals and melodies on this album. Mellow, beautiful, honest songs. Definite must buy for fans of Sarah McLaughlin, Sarah Harmer, and other Sarah singers. I'm sorry I couldn't offer much more insight to her work aside for the fact that I like it. But dammit, someone had to write the first review of this album. Frig, I still have butterflies from her smile.
