Great Show; Error on Disc 1, Jan 12 2006

Big fan of this show growing up. Really brought me back, getting to watch these old episodes again. However, at 4:45 in on disc 1 the screen freezes permanantly. There is no way to watch the rest of the episode. So you never get to see how the Thurndercats, including young Lion-O, make it to Third World from Thundera. I had to turn my player off then back on and pick up with episode 2. No problems yet since then.
This show, IMO, is the best of the 80s cartoons. Watching them now, I'm amazed that even though violence is implied, no violence is ever actually shown! Never once have I seen anyone actually punch, kick, or use their weapons directly on another character. The great thing is the show is still fun to watch! I'm going to have my son watch this and see how he takes to it since violence is rampant in today's kids programming. Another benefit of the show is that there is always a lesson taught in each episode. There is also good use of vocabulary as well. All around, an excellent show! Highly recommended for content AND animation.

This was a Christmas gift I ordered for my daughter, who is giving it to her boyfriend. Was well packaged and arrived as indicated. Since I am recently retired, I'm not up on all the latest animation videos; but I understand this is a "must have" if you are a Thundercat fan.
