From the Back Cover

It was a mystery destined for the Cold Case files. A pretty teenager from Brandon, Manitoba, named Erin Chorney steps out for coffee, tells her mom she’ll be back in an hour. . . and never returns. Rumours about Erin’s fate begin to fly. Psychics with bizarre theories and suggestions. Shocking accusations and denials. Cryptic diary entries. Disturbing anonymous letters. Search warrants and surveillance. But she doesn’t turn up. Nearly two years later, when all hope seems lost — a last—ditch plan straight out of Hollywood. The RCMP take aim at the prime suspect in Erin’s disappearance through a unique undercover sting operation, and the result is a wild, four—month ride into a dark criminal underworld filled with cunning mind games, shadowy figures, daring twists and Academy—award winning acting performances. And an explosive ending that nobody saw coming.

5.0 out of 5 stars To the Grave Feb. 27 2009
Format:Mass Market Paperback
This is the first time I've read one of Mike McIntyre's books. I couldn't put it down. Fasinating read. Thank God justice was served. A lot of times justice doesn't happen in the Canadian courts. Mike is an excellent writer and I plan to read more of his books.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another Great Read by McIntyre Nov. 15 2010
By George Cothrun - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Mass Market Paperback|Verified Purchase
I finished reading McIntye's riveting true story, 'Nowhere to Run' and jumped right in to his spectacular 'To The Grave' which I was equally if not even more impressed with. This Canadian Manitoba crime writer has a wonderful straightforward honest writing style. I'll definitely be reading all of his work I can get my hands on. I highly recommended this extraordinarily incredible well written true story.

3.0 out of 5 stars Clear, coherent writing + does not skillfully convey emotion = Worth reading May 8 2011
By Cestmoi - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Mass Market Paperback
- The writing is clear and coherent.

- It shows how patient and painstaking the RCMP were in getting evidence from a murderer.

- The book does not skillfully convey emotion like some of Ann Rule's or John Walsh's books. Consequently, I did not strongly felt for the victim as in some books by Ann Rule.

- It's still worth reading.
