I found the author to be so completely self-centered that he could have just stayed home and wrote about the bike. Traveling through gorgeous and foreign places he talks about how many times he had to start his motorcycle every day...after day....after day. Beautiful historic beach? 'Yeah, we looked at it but didn't stay. I had three sandwiches and started my bike only two times.' Not exact quotes as like I said I removed it from my Kindle. Maybe someone who raved about this book (and not a friend or relative of the two guys) can quote it exactly. I don't have patience, and I shouldn't have to have any, to waste my time and money on any self-indulgent writing, and this one is in that category. Don't have an opinion of the movie as I didn't see it-really hope it was re-written for the screen to make it interesting.
