Try this tip before buying this!, Feb 14 2012

If your HP CP3525 is asking you to replace the toner collection unit, try simply removing the bottle, then putting it back in. 9 times out of 10 that will do the trick until it reads as full again. I repair printers and this is often what I try first. Usually the bottle will not even be half way full when the printer asks to replace it. That makes me think the printer is set to prompt that message at certain page count intervals, rather than utilizing an optical sensor that can accurately read how full the container is. If that's the case, you really never need to purchase these, just dump out the used toner from the bottle into the trash and replace empty bottle.

There isn't a whole lot to say about this product except that I was very happy with the speed of fulfillment and shipping. The product is easy to swap out with the old one and came with a bag, cloth, and gloves to change everything. I was able to ship it back so that it could be recycled.

Buyer beware. Recharged toner...defective., Nov 8 2010

Received the first toner cartridge and installed it according to instructions. Printer immediately went into an error code that said the toner needed to have the 'strip' pulled. Since I had already pulled said strip I called Vivamart. Technician said toner cartridge is faulty, return by FedEx. We will ship new toner when we see that returned toner is in the 'tracking system'. Returned toner on Oct 15th, on October 28th I received an email that said 'received defective toner cartridge, sending replacement toner tomorrow.'
Today I opened the second package from Vivamart. This toner cartridge has no pull strip at all. Upon investigation of the unit, toner appears to have spilled on the green drum.
I've learned my lesson...you get what you pay for. In this instance dealing with a company in California, when I'm in Virginia is NOT A GOOD IDEA.
Meanwhile we are without the use of this printer. I'm hesitant to install this cartridge for fear that it will damage the printer.
