The story is a quick read and is on par with other age-appropriate titles such as Goosebumps (I'm probably showing my age with that title). MCM writes with a silly humor that should appeal to any young person enthusiastic about heroes and less than enthusiastic about having to do their homework.
I've purchased this title twice so I could take a digital copy with myself (kindle) wherever I go.

TorrentBoy is the first open-source book series to hit the internet, but probably won't be the last. This short story is fun and suspenseful. It uses torrent jargon to hilariously create the elements of the book e.g. leeche(r)s are one of the many problems TorrentBoy faces as he saves the world.
This publisher is distributing his works in an ingenious way by releasing the books for FREE .pdf download from his site [...] I haven't bought a print version yet, but after my next paycheck I definitely will! This is something I'll definitely re-read and would want to pass down to younger children too! |
