MEL B is TOTALLY FIT.
This work out is for that intermediate person trying to get to the next level. This workout may seem easy at first but it's quite challenging. And mel B makes it's fun, the video is also shot in LA which is nice; I'm in fairly good shape and i had to pause every now and then just to catch my breath. You will tone up for sure w/ this one.

I didn't like how the advanced cardio (which is cardio and weight training) didn't have exercises for the inner thighs or quads but it is supposed to be a full body workout (she claims in the introduction). Otherwise, I totally agree that this is a very good workout.

This fitness dvd is quite fun to listen too while doing your exercises.
Being able to select a "playlist" of what you want to work on makes the experience even more ageable.

I started this workout 5 months postpartum and wow, what a workout! It sure gets you toned and fit, the title fits the workout. I tried to do the whole workout first time around and I definitely recommend taking it easy. I found a lot of muscles I didn't even know I had the next day!

I really enjoy this exercise routine. I can select the kind of work out I want to do each day. It is a good beginner routine and it won't wear you out and yet you will see positive results very quickly. Good job Mel!
