I bought this movie because I have always loved horses. It's about a boy who has to stay with his aunt (Jane Seymour)on an island because his parents get injured in an accident. Although she is very strict, she still helps the boy learn many things but in an unconventional way. She has a secret of her own that she doesn't soon reveal, but as they live together, she shows him around the place, shows him how to do many things, and tells him about the story of the horses that run free there. Even though they were not supposed to touch the wild horses or come in contact with them, one of the colts gets injured during a storm and the boy tries to help it survive. The aunt is dead set against it, but instead of 'following the rules' she finally decides to try and help him with saving the horse and in the meantime she learns how to show more love towards the boy. This is a warm-hearted a movie about horses and learning how to love and change. If you like horses, you would probably like this movie as well.
