This is one of the most enjoyable "Live" recordings of a Jazz/Cabaret diva in a long, long time. The choice of songs in three languages, the credibility of what she's singing about, the warmth and sheer fun and the guest duet with crooner JohnAlcorn make it a great CD. Next best thing to having been there!

Tova is an excellent jazz singer and her take on Yiddish song is perfect--light and penetrating. Live recording gives quaint Toronto ambiance.
