From Library Journal
Following a vicious and bloody attack on the Standard Transport Charter headquarters in New York City, Jack Halloran, its president, knows that someone is out to destroy him. Halloran heads an organization of counter-intelligence working directly for the President of the United States. Calling upon his best men, Colin Lynch and Bono, the three take on the FBI, the IRA, and the Red Jihad, a PLO splinter group. Mann has struck the right chord here in this tense mix of suspense, violence, and action set in today's world of misplaced loyalties and greed for power.
