Here comes the Decepticons! March 23 2011
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This book covers the part of the Revenge of the Fallens movie, from rescuing Megatron to appearance of the Fallen in various battles. No resolution to the battles as that's part of the next book in the series!

This book is a Level 2 book, where kids 4 - 6 can follow. Now why would a young kid be interested in this book? Despite the movie being PG-13, I'll say good 50% of it is fine for kids of these age if the parent can control the scenes. And for kids loving Transformers movie figures including fascination into the Decepticons (but still believe in good beats the Evil of course), this book provides a real training-to-read opportunity as incentive is there for the young ones.

Got my son to enjoy reading Feb. 7 2014
By 1 Man Army - Published on Amazon.com

I used this book to get my son to really get into reading. His sisters took to books like a fish to water. Him, not so much. However, I knew he was really into the Transformers. Got this book, and it was game on. I kept feeding him other similar books and within no time I'd find him curled up on his own with one. Mission accomplished.

Good read for my son who is five, I read it with him since he doesn't read yet but he is beginning to learn some words now. He really enjoys these books. Although he prefers to read the transformer books I do have a few other ones as well.
