Description
Santiago is an RCMP agent who works undercover for the federal narcotics division in Montreal. In an attempt to dismantle the mafia, he is currently infiltrating an affiliated organization that steals luxury cars. When a policemen named Jean-Pierre who has been pursuing the same organization that Santiago works for opens fire on Santiago as he's taking flight in a stolen car he puts the federal inquest at risk. When the chief of police forces Jean-Pierre to work with Julie, an RCMP agent, to try to keep him under control, Jean-Pierre decides to take matters into his own hands.
