This book is a great resource for anyone interested in finding out about the natural wealth we have in the trees of Ontario. We have beautiful forests, and learning a bit about those trees is worthwhile.
The book is organized very well, and great photographs make it easy to identify even the more unusual trees you can come across in this great province.

We are downsizing from our current home on the Bruce Peninsula, and have purchased another lot to rebuild once again. While we are waiting for our home to sell we often go to the property and enjoy the trees, and the Escarpment which is at the back.
Our current home on Lake Huron has mainly cedars but the lot on the Escarpment side is entirely different. There are many varies of other trees, some that we didn`t recognize. We purchased `Trees of Ontario`` and it is exactly what we were looking for. Combined with pictures, leaf identifcation and so much more we learned we have trees we haven`t seen before.
We would recommend this book to anyone, even if you just want to drive and see what trees you can identify.
