--This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

A great album from one of French Canada's best artists Aug. 14 2010
By Teresa Skelton - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD Verified Purchase
In the summer of 1988, when I was studying at Laval University in Quebec City, Michel Rivard was very popular and songs from this album were always on the radio. I brought a vinyl copy of the album home with me - one of only a few souvenirs - at the end of summer and learned the words. Fast forward 20 yrs, I found one of these songs on YouTube and decided to buy the album AGAIN on CD. It hasn't lost anything in that time: Rivard's voice is strong and mellow and the music is complex and relaxing. He is a true taste of Quebec.
