My first time using it, I found it difficult to get the ice cubes out. I didn't want to tip it because I was worried they would all come out, so I tried gently bending to loosen it, and it snapped in half. My husband later pointed out to me that I'm the flawed one, not the product. If you hold it upside down and gently pop each silicon circle, that cube comes out without the others falling. However, the cubes are very small, and it takes half a tray for just one highball.
*Updated again - I still hate this ice cube tray. I can press with all my might and sometimes those bastard cubes still won't come out. I'd trash it, but I have no other options right now. Why is it so hard to manufacturer a decent ice cube tray?
