I loved this book! Melanie and Taylor captured my interest right from the beginning, and held it the entire way through, as I read it from cover to cover in one sitting.
Beers has a way with her words that allow you to slip out of time and into the story. Her descriptions, language and the development of the characters are all top form.
I loved Beers choice of characters for Taylors 'competition'... different to say the least. The way she handled Melanies struggles with her feelings was excellent and the whole story was very realistic and believable.
I eagerly await her next novel, especially if it were to be a sequel to this one. This is definitely one I consider worth hanging onto to read again in the future.

Saw alot of my own experiences and feelings here. Read it in 2 nights. I felt the characters were totally believable and the storyline had a ring of truth to it. I look forward to the next book by Georgia Beers.
