Having wandered into a strange prehistoric valley, Indian braves Turok and Andar are cut off from their home and their tribe. 4.0 out of 5 stars A near perfect book March 28 2010
By David Jansen - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover|Verified Purchase
Good printing,of these great stories that came out back in 1961-1962.One saves a bundle by buying this collection over the VERY expensive originals. Now, IF you dont have the two valient turok reprints from 1993, get them! You can find them in the buck box at most comic shops. Aside from great new coloring by cory Adams, You will need the second issue, because it contains the story, "the winged men, " from turok 25. This book lost the second to the last page of the one story. The ONLY flaw I can find in it that hopefully, will be corrected in the second printing

5.0 out of 5 stars Art for dinosaurs' sake Nov. 17 2012
By NoZee - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover|Verified Purchase
I like these compilations. Old comics all together in one book. The artwork is what really stands out here. Very imaginative. Dinosaurs chasing people, people fighting dinosaurs. Makes me feel like a kid again. Not enough girls in these stories, but they were originally published in the fifties, so no surprise.
5.0 out of 5 stars time machine Aug. 10 2013

This collection of comics brings me back to a simpler and easier time, the 1950's. , I was going to the barbers and waiting my turn, there were a lot of comics to read on the table. Turok was always my favorite.
