There really is nothing to fear!,
By
This review is from: Twelfth Night (No Fear Shakespeare) (Paperback)
I absolutely love this series, it does just as it says and makes the archaic language far less stressful and daunting than it should be. On one page there will be a print of the original play with the confusing hard-to-read English and directly paralleled on the other page will be a very accurate easy-to-read translation in plain modern day English. My entire class (adult education) has a difficult time reading Shakespeare, English is already a confusing language as it is, let alone the olde kind of English with Shakespeare dabbling his brilliant rhymes and wordplay all over it. I highly recommend this and all 'No Fear Shakespeare' tittles for your English studies which, by the way, are available online on their website for free.On the subject of price, this series is also very affordable!, (and I'm saying that on a very tight budget), I bought mine at my local bookstore for only $7.00. I bought the book to replace the one our class is reading which only includes translations for select words on each page, no where near as helpful as you might think. p.s the play is far more humorous when you understand it.

Sparknotes Rule!!,
By Debora D. Kaiser "champs mom" - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Twelfth Night (No Fear Shakespeare) (Paperback)
We are collecting as many Sparknotes as possible. When you are required to read Shakespeare, you must have a guide. It's that simple. There is no guide better, in our opinion as teachers, and students of literature.

Unimaginably Helpful,
By Linda - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Twelfth Night (No Fear Shakespeare) (Paperback)
This book is amazing. At first, I hated Shakespeare's stuff because I couldn't understand any of it. But this book translates it into the kind of grammar we are used to today and I actually liked it when it was translated into "our language". This would also be a big help for anyone who is stuck on reading any Shakespeare play in high school.
