Great recipe book! Fun, interesting mixes of tastes. Although some of the recipes require a lot of ingredients, most ingredient lists are short and easy to come by. Definitely glad I bought this for my mom for Mother's Day!

As a beginner I find this book inspiring, however I am often having to look up the basic terminology and some ingredients. I really like the idea of difficult/easy pairing. Also the book offers suggestion for vegetarian substitutions for some meat recipes which is nice. I have about 15 recipes tabbed right now that I want to try from this book. The ones I have created have varied in their taste but I really think any that didn't turn out are due to my skill level and electric stove!
