Hey all,I've used UFile for the past 3 years and I love it! Really easy and fast to use, which suits me to a tee when it comes to doing my taxes I had a few specific questions last year and found the support team really helpful, and didn't even have to use them at all this year. I recommend UFile to all my friends.

Hi Everyone,Of the "quick" tax software that I've used, which is namely those by Intuit and Ufile, I definitely prefer ufile because it is cheap and easy to use. It's fairly dummy proof in filling out the tax information (basic tax returns). I've filled them in for my parents and myself. And the distribution of income for spouses isn't bad. You need to have more know how on your own to investment tax charges. The reason I give 2 stars to uFile is poor product support. They don't answer your questions, and I can tell you that filing your taxes early with this software is a HUGE mistake! DON'T DO IT! This software doesn't tell you what it's patching through updates, but I've run this software multiple times after filing a tax return, and these patches adjust calculations. So for instance, if you run it on Jan 1, 2012 and your return refund is $100.00, run it again in Feb, Mar, etc... after some patches it might be $100.10 or $100.07. It's frightening to know that the don't tell you that their system has glitches, and could be filing your taxes wrong! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
