I have been looking for a replacement for Jane Fonda workout. This is excellent for 45 year old. Not too hard but makes you sweat.
Lots of brisk walking on the spot and toning. Love it.

Love these videos and it's great to have them all on one DVD. The stretchy band is a plus as well. I rarely do the 1 mile walk but it's nice to have the option there. 2 mile is a nice not-to-hard workout that's perfect for someone just starting to work out or coming back after an extended break. 3 and 4 miles are harder than they seem and I love the level of intensity - you get a good sweat but they aren't completely exhausting. In my opinion, the 3 mile walk is actually a bit harder than the 4 mile as it offers more intensity while the 4 mile seems to focus on more speed and cardio. Either way, I love these and use them regularly.

I really enjoyed this workout and it is what I was looking for after the fast 3 mile one, it is increasing the challenge which is what you need to do after a while in order to keep feeling like you are improving all the time.

The 1 mile workout is a great place to start. The workout is very basic and easy to follow for someone beginning their fitness. The 2 mile workout is a bit more challenging, but still using basic moves and very easy to follow. I have not progressed to the 3 or 4 mile workouts yet. The workouts can be done in a relatively small space. Both my husband and I noticed that our knees were getting irritated after a few sessions...but I am continuing to work through that.

Leslie say's anyone can walk and she's right! and the upper body exercising doesn't have to be done to get ALL the benefits!!!!! Love it!

I enjoy all of Leslie Sansone's walking fitness routines. If you have never tried any of her walking programs, this is a great starter video, with 4 different walks, each one gradually increasing in intensity and fat burning.

Excellent DVD that lets you choose your distance to walk. I have done 1 and 2 miles. Easy to follow and is a good workout. Leslie Sansone is a good leader of the aerobic exercises.
