A Great Resource

I purchased this book a few months ago and I think it is a great resource. It provides a wide variety of information, about 1) what exactly PCOS is and how it causes changes in your body and 2) how to start making healthier choices and manage PCOS symptoms. I like how it discussed different avenues for dealing with PCOS, from exercise, specific healthy eating tips, & herbal supplements, to fertility medications, birth control, and coping with difficult emotions.
If you're looking to learn more about PCOS and how to start taking control over your symptoms and life, then I think this book can be quite beneficial.
