To whom it may concern,The books arrive in the condition stated when I purchased them. But it is
very annoying that when it is stated that books are in stock and shipped to arrive by a
certain date and do not arrive days to weeks late. The same reason is always given that
they had to order the books from overseas and that is the reason for the delay .Why do
they say that the books are in stock when they knoe they are not.
