Closer to home, THE UNIVERSE COLLECTOR’S EDITION delves into how our own Earth developed from an inferno of molten rock to the beautiful orb that sustains us today. Experience firsthand the cataclysmic events that set the stage for life, and visit sites where Earth’s birthing process is still in evidence. Relive astronomical triumphs, from the first crude lenses that were able to magnify celestial bodies to probes that blaze to the most distant planets. It’s a journey of cosmic discovery, amazement, and adventure like nothing on earth.

Great for people who wants to learn more about the universe!,

I actually saw a couple of episodes on History channel before purchasing this through Amazon. The graphics/3D images used in this is amazing. The interviews really help me to understand the world of cosmology/astronomy. Whether you are new to cosmology or someone who just want to know more about the universe, this is a great way to start and the 3D images and interviiews are there to guide you through. I really enjoyed it! Hopefully you would too.

Good Viewing,

When you get tired of commercials and ridiculous plots of every day TV, this video is good viewing. Both my husband and myself have an interest in science and would rather be entertained with new knowledge than fiction. We like hearing about things which were unknown when we both went to school. We like science and history and facts. These videos are for people who prefer history to historical novels. They bring the universe to life. recommended to anyone who agrees with the above - worth the price.
