Andrea Donsky, B. COMM, is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) and Co-Founder of The Healthy Shopper Inc. Naturally Savvy Media. A natural visionary and successful entrepreneur, Andrea holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.).

As Naturally Savvy‘s C.N.E, Lisa is a major contributor and minor partner to the website, overseeing the Nutrition 101 section. The book does a great job of presenting information in a fun and understandable way. It shows you how to read food labels and make better choices. It tells you what all those unpronounceable ingredients do to your body and recommends healthier alternatives. I brought it to my regular grocery store and found a lot of the alternatives they suggest right beside my old favorites. I wish I had found this book ten pounds ago:)

I cannot say enough good things about this book. An unexpected benefit of having this book is that my 9 yr old and 13 yr old are both picking it up regularly and realizing how important it is to consider what is IN the food they eat! I think there should be a copy in every household!!

For anyone who loves junk food, or is terrified of eating it, this book will guide you through the pros and cons of different ingredients. It's helpful for choosing any type of food - not just junk food. Nice to know there are better choices on every grocery store shelf.

Excellent information. My only disappointment was that some of the reccommended products are not available in Canada. However I was still educated and more aware of what I'm eating.
