5.0 out of 5 stars Evocative Post War Mystery, Feb 26 2011
By Ms Terry "A. Vidreader" - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: The Unquiet Heart (Paperback)
Danny McRae the damaged OSE veteran is part Marlowe, part Rebus and completely engrossing. This second book (his first,Truth Dare Kill was also a great read) to feature the down at heel PI paints a vivid but desperate picture of London and Berlin circa 1946. The mystery is uncomplicated, not a brain teasing whodunnit more of a thisiswhyitwasdun! Great new writer.
