The story, itself is most enjoyable & well presented but the whole event is utterly destroyed by having the first 10 minutes of each of the Discs 1 being a Promo, the same **??xx promo on each series, for other stories on DVDs.That the disc 1 of Series one was missing also contributed to my dissatisfaction with the overall $167 purchase. There was great difficulty getting in contact with the proper department in Amazon to discuss my concerns.

I am delighted with my purchase and it has whiled away many hours during my illness. I've seen this product at much higher prices in other locations and was thrilled to realize that I could get it at at Amazon for such a reasonable cost.I had made an error when I ordered the videos and, upon speaking with one of your representatives, was able to get it resolved without any fuss or bother. I'm always intrigued at how big organizations handle issues, if the client is someone to be shunted from extension to extension or treating them like their problem is the most important moment of the day. This is a terrific collection of all the episodes of "Upstairs/downstairs"plus some commentary by some of the leading principals and some interesting stuff on the making of the series. A perfect buy for the long winter months to come.
