the CDs included are tricky to install,

If people don't have a lot of computer and database knowledge and experience, they may find the 2 CDs included in the book are impossible to install. Without the CDs, this book is not as helpful.Besides this installation problem, this book only covers A/P, A/R and G/L; it doesn't cover other accounting cycles like payroll or inventory, etc.
