Almost a full hour of music, but only 4 tracks providing soothing continuous music. Water & bird background sounds. I have more comments on this cd from my clients than any other album in my rack. I play it over & over! It can't be beat!

This album has been on the market for quite a while and it's probably one of the bests. No matter what your purpose is(meditation, daily relaxation, music for massages, controlling stress, etc), it's great! I mostly use it for meditation and I feel the 4 tracks really follow human's natural relaxation process. The first track is mostly wave sounds with soft music, allowing you to get into the relation mood. By the end of that track, you are fully comfortable and relaxed, ready to move on to rain (track 2) and soft fountain (track 3) sounds, perfect for meditation. The last track, which consists of bird chipping sounds is perfect for stepping out of the meditation state and "waking up".

A very calming cd. It is perfect for meditation! One can imagine oneself sitting by the seashore in the sun, or by a stream. The music is the unassuming accompaniment to the main vocals, the water.
