wahahaa,
By "varspoon" (Chicago, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: V2 Hellsing Ruins (Audio CD)
This album is wonderful. At the time I'm writing this, Amazon doesn't have any sound clips up -- I would really recommend them. The music is a sort of dark rock type, with many instrumental lengths. Actually, most of the thing is void of singing, although vocals are used for effect in a manner most delightful to one's ears.

Just Plain Good Music,
By SciFi Freak - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: V2 Hellsing Ruins (Audio CD)
Being a hard-core geek means I've listened to quite a few soundtracks, anime and otherwise. And the two Hellsing soundtracks are some of the best I've ever listened too. The reason is that it's just *good* music. Also, you can just enjoy listening to it without thinking...oh yeah...that's when, such and such happened... Well of course you can do that too (it wouldn't be a soundtrack otherwise). But you can enjoy it as good quality music in addition to reliving favorite moments from the series.

One of the better anime soundtracks,
By Ian Monroe - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: V2 Hellsing Ruins (Audio CD)
Ok, many of the anime soundtracks could best be described as *cough* not good. You might get them anyways due to positive associated memories of the series. However, both Hellsing soundtracks can really stand on their own. Any fan of the franchise should at least check them out. And they're actually scary sounding, so they're great if you need some non-corny Halloween music.
