I took this book out of my local library and enjoyed it so much I purhased a copy. I've been putting my toe in the water of the vegan lifestyle for a couple of years now. I found the book informative, presenting good arguments to support vegan choices. The author isn't preaching, but instead encourages everyone to make changes to lean towards veganism. I'd recommend the book to anyone who is trying to eat ethically.

My friend enjoyed reading it. But, when I bought it, I thought it was the larger book and had recipes. My bad - will read description more carefully. Maybe that's why the price was so good.

This is an excellent book for a newbie who is dabbling in Veganism. Very informative, thought provoking and enlightening! I would highly recommend this book as a "first read" if you are new to the Vegan way of life.
