Richard Bone has in recent years established himself as one of the leading exponents of Ambient music.This, his latest work, is quite possibly one of his best collections of work in this field - gentle, soulful, soothing, beautiful - a worthy purchase if this is your 'cup of tea'.
Send the kids up to bed, draw the curtains, dim the lights, light a candle and perhaps and some incense too...and relax.

This is a masterpiece, especially the second cut. If this music doesn't reduce your tension in the neck, you really have a problem! I use this for meditation on a regular basis, and I recommend it whole-heartedly. Listen for it on the Music Channel "Soundscapes". You'll be rewarded for your research. Consider especially the second cut for deep-breathing training.
