Wall chart is the Shiznit! Sept. 21 2010

This poster is totally badass! It shows you all the major scales in first position as well as the movable scale patterns. Beyond that, looks totally awesome! The poster was a bit smaller than I would have hoped.

learning to play Sept. 13 2009

I bought this item to help me learn how to play the violin. It arrived on time, if not early-It was a little bigger than I thought it would be but it is very useful. I would order from this seller again.
Very useful June 21 2014
By Emily Smith - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Poster
I am a very visual learner and the drawings in lesson books only tend to show a portion of the fingerboard, with one fingering pattern at a time, so understanding the relationships between fingering patterns was difficult, especially for any position higher than the first. This chart has sorted out many of those dilemmas, so I no longer have to flip through pages in lesson books to find the reference needed. The size is conducive to a small classroom, which is good for some but the one downside for me--I haven't been able to hang it yet as there is not much wall space in my home.

What can you say about a wall chart. It has been pinned to the wall for quite a while now, and has not fallen down. Has many details I check every now and then.
