I have used this popcorn maker every couple days since purchasing three weeks ago, and it is great!! It is so easy to use, takes about 5 minutes, makes nice light popcorn, and is easy to clean up. It even comes with one package of popcorn with seasoning and oil built in to try, it was delicious!!

This popcorn popper is a back to basics product that makes great popcorn, it's easy, and clean up is simple and fast. We put margerine and salt in the pot and the popcorn tastes so good we don't need to put butter on the popcorn after. It's like theatre popcorn. Aside from the product, we ordered this for Easter for our son who does not care for chocolate and because we thought we were too late ordering we were going to give him a picture of it and tell him it's on it's way. It arrived in one day. Great service and a great product. Thanks Wabash Farms.

I had an electric popper, but the motor was starting to overheat too easily, so I decided to try the Whirley Pop. Wow. What a difference! The same corn is popping up fluffier with only a couple of kernels left unpopped. The pot heats up very quickly - it's a thin aluminum - and the heat distribution is quite even. You do have to turn the crank yourself, but it's not hard to do, and if you have kids, it's something they'd enjoy (as long as you supervised them!).

I timed it last night, and a half cup of popcorn kernels popped in three minutes and filled the pot to the very top. Just as fast as microwave, and faster than my electric popper. The lid snaps off, and the everything washes up easily.

I would recommend this. I'm very pleased with the results. And if 6 quarts of popped popcorn isn't enough, you can easily make a second batch before the first is cold.
