New Order has forgotten how to make Music!,
By ADRIAN D'AGOSTINO (Toronto) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Waiting for the Sirens' Call (Audio CD)
Being an Avid New Order fan I am always excited to hear anything new from them. Sadly, I have to say "New Order has forgotten how to make music! The Tracks sound if they were rushed and put together like spaghetti, with the exception of one track, the rest are terrible, save your money. New Order needs to bring back the one band member that is missing from this album, the lady, it really shows how much she influenced their music.Waiting for the next album please.

Shockingly good!,
This review is from: Waiting for the Sirens' Call (Audio CD)
After listening to the preview clips for this album, I rushed in to my local Future Shop and bought this disc (on sale for $13.99) the day it came out. Although the clips gave me a sense of the album's melodies, a full listen reveals the top to bottom quality of this release. I have been a New Order fan since they rose from the ashes of Joy Division. Even so, I was shocked that 24 years on they are still capable of producing music of this quality. Some bands at the end of their careers produce albums that are, well, embarrassing. At the very least, their final efforts fail to stand up to their previous works. That is not the case with Waiting for the Sirens Call. New Order can proudly add this release to their collection and point to it as one of their strongest efforts of their long, and hopefully, continued career.

New Order- Waiting For The Siren's Call- Review,
By A Customer
This review is from: Waiting for the Sirens' Call (Audio CD)
New Order follows up "Get Ready" with a big hit.W.F.T.S.C is an amazing album, and here it is broken down; 1- Who's Joe- Good Question, but this song is a great opener and is very good with Peter Hook's Bass Riff.5/5 Waiting for the siren's call is a must have if your a New Order fan and this is a CD that you will never get bord of and you can listen to it over and over again! and its a great $14 spent if you love music!
