I love these videos, and can not say enough good things about them. I did these videos together with weight watchers, and the weight came off, and I felt better than ever. My copies were "borrowed" by a relative, and I miss them very much. I purchaed the POW pack, and hope it is as good as these videos were. If you want a workout video, buy these now, and thank me later. These videos are not hokey, or lame, and they are easy to keep pace with. As you progress simply add heavier hand weights, and some ankle weights, and you will never get tired of them.

I love these videos because I can actually do them without being a contortionist. They are simple, easy to use and fun! I have tried many other videos and I sent them to the Sally Ann. Leslie's I have played over and over and bought more. THese are the ones I started with and they helped me to start walking again. Unlike many work out videos, you get to watch the whole screen and not bits and pieces where you miss what you're suppose to be doing. As I got use to these videos, I bought others to vary my routine. Leslie is great!Diane

good for beginners...,

I think those DVDs are good for people who are beginning to exercise, or for people with joints problems or older people who don't want a high impact exercise. I'm used to Kathy Smith's DVDs so these were pretty easy for me and they were not challenging enough even though I am pretty overweight. So, you won't sweat a lot if you're in a relatively good shape. I find this DVD helpful for the days I don't feel like working out too hard or when I'm too tired to do something more intensive... Finally, you can get a good workout of the upper body with this DVD since we're using light weights (2 pounds) while walking. A good purchase, but definitely not for the advanced exercicers.
