I'm really enjoying the book, but the workout isn't so great...you can barely, and I do mean barely, hear the songs, and it throws me off some of the moves.
Other than that, it's all great :)

This book is a faith based book. It has tons of very user friendly information and is very down to earth. Leslie has never advocated a diet but rather healthy living, eating and an active lifestyle. This book has so much information in it, that I have to read it again. Her very down to earth and common sense view of life is just what the doctor ordered!

First of all, the price is remarkable! The book alone is worth the price and then you get a 2 mile workout too! I found this workout to be Leslie's absolute best. The book is designed so that you read a few pages a day for 30 days. She inspires you to exercise through your faith in Christ since our bodies are God's temple and we should treat it that way. Each day has an inspirational message, un-faith-full thoughts we should identify and get rid of, scripture for thought, an activity to apply to your life and a journal page to record your progress. The DVD is easy to follow and has encouraging words throughout. It is very fun to do. The DVD has a section at the end where you get to meet the people who are exercising with Leslie. It was great and inspiring to hear their stories. I highly recommend this program!

I have bought each book that Leslie Sansone has written and this one is the best as it deals more with the emotional side of eating. It helps remind us that our bodies are temples of God and that we should take care of them. She also reminds us that we should not get down on ourselves when we slip and fall and God does not expect us to be perfect. The two mile DVD included inside the book is excellent as well.

I absolutely loved this book. Leslie opened my eyes to the connections between food, water, physical activity, and God. I had never before put those things in that perspective. I also loved the inspiration that Leslie gives. She makes you want to believe in yourself and know that you can overcome any challenge to be fit. I will be reading this book again, soon.

I absolutely LOVE leslie sansone. I can do her videos and lose weight and tone up. Her videos are not complicated at all they are easy moves with extraordinary results. So when I found this book and dvd set I was extremely excited. and so far I have not been disappointed. Being a Christian myself I understand the connection between the spiritual and the physical. And Leslie is a very informed instructor with a contagious love of God and exercise. If you are depressed, discouraged, or just wanting to lose some weight. This is the perfect program for you.
