This game has amazing graphics, a half-decent soundtrack, and phenomenal game design, albeit a few choppy menus.
For a game that was made in 2008-2009, this racing game looks flawless when compared with more modern titles. The team at Codemasters did an amazing job loosely tying Dirt 2 to the 'skate.' game series. -- if you've played both you'll know what I mean. Near- flawless level design is standout here, as the games' 'Free Race' option allows for countless game mode shifts in a variety of vehicles and scenarios ranging far from a typical rallying title.
I highly recommend getting this game, it provides hours upon hours of entertainment, and it's a great way to show off your television, (but I should also note that this game looks great on standard definition sets as well).
