This book was hard to find in Canada, all bookstore had to order it in. Faster and less expensive with Amazon.
Warrior Cardio is a must read for any fitness minded person. Best book in my opinion to shoot you to new levels to achieve your goals

I have been a Fitness Manager and personal trainer for the last few years and I have been using this book and system with all my clients to reach their fitness goals. I have done this program personally and have seen fantastic results! As well as the young and old of each gender with great results! Not only does it improve your overall strength but there is a large focus on stretching and doing a proper warm-up, which I find is lacking now-a-days. BUY THIS BOOK!
