About the Author

JAMIE PURVIANCE is one of America's top grilling experts and Weber's master griller. This book, aside from the inspired recipes, explains exactly how to buy ingredients,prep,& cook them on your BBQ. Mostly stuff you think you should know but don't. It's the only BBQ book I need....

This is an amazing cookbook. Not only are the recipes great but the tips as well as the instructional photos are great. I think this is a great book for newbies to BBQ right up to the seasoned vets. Enjoy!

Pictures of every recipe as well as step-by-step pictures. The simple to understand tutorials on different ways to grill (ie: charcoal vs propane)are very helpful and the abundance of tips ranging from how to freeze your cuts of meat to flavour combinations make us come back to this book time after time. This book contains recipes ranging from your basic steak to breads and desserts.....love it!

I decided to get two of the Weber BBQ books (Weber's New Real Grilling is the other book) as they seemed to have different recipes. I made a great decision and will put both of the books to good used. We live on the West Coast of B.C. and with a partially covered deck, can BBQ all year round. We have some vegetarians in the family and it is great to have options.

Très bon et incontournable pour le BBQ et à un prix compétitif. Une reliure à anneau serait plus pratique. Certaines recettes manquent de finesses. Mais non c'est une question de goût. Toutefois on se rattrape sur le site de Weber.

This a cookbook full of excellent recipes. You do have to work to find some of the ingredients, but it is well worth the effort! Great instructions on timing and ensuring proper doneness. We haven't had a miss I. This book yet!
