Product Description

Perseverance is proud to release the first ever compilation of music by composer Mader (pronounced Mah Dare). Mader has been scoring films since 1990 and has some impressive films to his credit. Mader's versatility and innovative style has allowed him to create a slew of evocative and memorable scores for films such as Ang Lee's ground- breaking early films The Wedding Banquet and Eat Drink, Man Woman, and each nominated for Academy Awards, with wins for a Golden Globe and honors at the Cannes Film Festival. Robert Greenwald's Steal This Movie starring Vincent D'Onofrio, Janeane Garofolo and Jeanne Tripplehorn, and Row Your Boat with Bei Ling, Jon Bon Jovi and William Forsythe are both well received independent films. Previous works include Sundance favorites Clockwatchers, directed by Lisa Sprecher, starring Lisa Kudrow, Toni Colette and Parker Posey, and Wonsuk Chin's Too Tired To Die starring Mira Sorvino. Mader numbers The Don's Analyst for Paramount and Showtime and Little City starring Jon Bon Jovi and Annabella Sciorra for Miramax as being among his favorites.
