This book contains recipes that I have spent a long time looking for...and they've reduced the fat and calories. I have had older WW cookbooks that were not that good (unusual foods, ex. substituting boiled thinly sliced celery for spaghetti) but this one I have made several recipes and they have been successful. Instructions were easy to understand plus modifications. Love the food/calorie counts. I also was impressed with the free subscription to Weight Watchers Magazine. That was a bonus that I didn't expect.

This is a great cookbook even if you aren't on the Weight Watchers plan. It has an incredible selection of recipes, delicious and easy to make with regular at hand ingredients.

This cookbook is a great addition to any home collection. The recipes are organized into convenient sections and are easy to follow. Once you buy a few key ingredients (i.e. cumin), you will be able to make most recipes with ingredients you already have. There are also simple basics, like salad dressings, and the baking recipes are fantastic. You do not need to be on Weight Watchers to use this book on a daily basis.
