I love this book, as well as the physicians featured in the book. I was not looking for a book to lose weight, but rather a guide to optimize my health, lower my risk for disease and maintain my weight. After trying some of the tips and recipes, I did end up losing a few pounds without trying to! The Doctors' Diet is an easy to follow, whole foods lifelong way of eating healthfully, fighting illness and boosting energy.
