I thought this book was very good except it seemed like so many things were just said over and over in every chapter. I found the author to be a genuine caring doctor who has obviously had first hand experience in dealing with depression. I did like how the book reassures depressed parents that it's never too late to bring back everything you may have lost to depression and gives some solid ideas how to do that.
