Riveting!!!,

This review is from: When We Left Earth: The NASA Missions (DVD)
We have just watched 2 of the 4 DVDs in this set and are addicted. My kids (2 and 4) love the episodes of the space shuttle and my husband and I are enjoying viewing the NASA story from the beginning. Amazing footage, great narration and extremely interesting information. This is better than any superhero movie made up by Disney!I am buying more of them to give as Christmas gifts.

MUST have if you are interested in space,
This review is from: When We Left Earth: The NASA Missions [Blu-ray] (Blu-ray)
This blu-ray is a MUST have item if you are interested in Space program. The picture and footage are wonderful in this DVD, but the most interesting and important are the interview of the major figures participated in the recent history of the Space program. Watching them telling the story and their feeling really make this DVD different from all other documentary. If you are interested in SPACE program, you will love it. I do.

This review is from: When We Left Earth: The NASA Missions [Blu-ray] (Blu-ray)
This was a very interesting show. It is definitely worth the money and enjoyable to watch. It has good space footage and provides a lot of interesting facts about the space program.Criticisms: It is not anything new. It is based on a television series and it is very much like any other space-themed television program. I bought it on blu-ray hoping to see some high definition photography of the earth from space and shuttle launches. It seemed more like DVD quality than blu-ray. I was not impressed with the film quality at all. The best space footage shown involves the hubble telescope rescue mission of 1993. The footage seemed dated and did not appear to be of high definition quality. Space fans will enjoy it though and it is definitely worth watching. It was informative and entertaining.
