This review is from: Where Two or Three Are Gathered: Community Life for the Contemporary Religious (Paperback)
Sister Barbara Fiand, who frequently conducts workshops and retreats for men and women religious, shares her vision of Religious life in Where Two or Three Are Gathered as expressed by the Leadership Conference of Women Religious: "In 2010 we [religious] will be characterized by inclusivity and intentionality. Our communities may include persons of different ages, genders, cultures, races, and sexual orientation. They may include persons who are lay or cleric, married or single, as well as vowed and/or unvowed members. They will have a core group and persons with temporary and permanent commitments. Our communities will be ecumenical, possibly interfaith; faith-sharing will be constitutive of the quality of life in this context of expanded membership."
